Botball Guide to Fundraising
KISS Institute continually seeks out funding opportunities through organizations, foundations, and partnerships with technical companies to keep registration fees as low as possible for Botball participants. Currently, we are able to provide robotics equipment, software, teacher training, curriculum, technical support, and tournament fees for $2,500 per team. The $2,500 fee represents only a portion of the actual cost per team, which is significantly higher.
We realize that funding is an issue for most school systems. That is why we created the Botball Guide to Fundraising to use as a tool in your team’s fundraising process. The ideas presented in this packet are just a few unique ways your team may successfully raise money to cover the cost of registration or travel expenses for the regional tournament. Use your own creativity to make each example idea your own distinctive fundraiser.
